SERVICES

Civic Service at St Mary's Harrow on the Hill

Congregation attending a civic service at St. Mary's Church, Harrow on the Hill.

Regular Services

Sunday Service

Our main Sunday service begins at 10:30 AM, and everyone is welcome to join. When you enter, we will provide you with everything you need for the service. This includes:

  • The order of service

  • The hymn book

  • The St. Mary's bulletin, containing the week's Bible readings

Our Sunday service is supported by St Mary’s choir and follows the Common Worship service style. The Eucharist (Holy Communion) is celebrated every Sunday in this service of prayer and worship. The life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is recalled through the preaching of the Bible and the receiving of bread and wine. To engage our youngest members, we run a Sunday School on the first and third Sundays of the month.

During school term time, an early service is held at 8:00AM on Sundays before the main service.

Open doors

If you would like to visit St Mary's outside of service times for quiet prayer or reflection, our doors are open every day. Please come along to sit in quiet and admire our beautiful church. Our opening times are as follows:

Monday to Saturday: 9 AM to 5 PM

Sunday: 7:30 AM to 7PM
